Refund policy

Distributor refund and resignation policy:
 

If a Distributor resigns for any reason, you may be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the IBP and unopened products, Herbalife-produced literature and sales aids that are purchased within the previous 12 months. To start the refund process, submit the Inventory Repurchase Form that is available on MyHerbalife.com and contact the Refunds and Repurchase Department 1-855-757-4747 to arrange for the pick-up of items to be returned to Herbalife.

 

The amount of the refund includes the cost of the items, any taxes, and any shipping and handling costs on the original delivery and return of the items to Herbalife.
